Bing is…well Bing
Bing is not the most advanced searching machine in the universe (or even in the Microsoft ecosystem itself) but has it improved over the years after Google stormed in front with its search engine?
I will be judging Bing by 4 Categories which is Searching, Speed, Looks and ‘Other’
1. Searching
Bing has improved massively in its searching algorithm. It now uses a smarter approach in showing relevant context. Bing memorizes your search history and what you clicked, as a result of your search to show the best , relevant, suggestion for you at the top. So, as an example, if you searched Facebook a lot and clicked its link to its website, the search result you always have selected will creep up to the top of the results list. This makes for faster searches but can get annoying when you do some mistakes whilst searching. What I mean by that is when you press on a result, which you may not have to press on, that result will appear on the top of your search list until you have clicked on another search result (which is related with your search request)several times. This can get very annoying

2. Speed
The search speed is great and I have never experienced an issue with that

3. Looks
Bing’s home page looks great with a new themed image every day. Sometimes, there are animated images which also look great. The search, with its new layout, also looks good; making it easy to find what you desire. However, sometimes, I do crave the simplistic look of Google when I get frustrated with the grey look of Bing.

4. Other
Bing is used in many other forms and factors. Cortana uses Bing search to display the results you require. Cortana works great with Bing and makes search content look clean and simple. It is so good that Apple is going to start using Bing search with Siri to give search results. Bing also has introduced Smart Search in Windows 8.1 which uses the power of Bing search to display search result from Bing and the PC itself and display it in a clean fashion. Bing is now being started to be utilized well by Microsoft and continues to improve

Bing is RECOMMENDED
Bing has improved a lot since the dawn of Internet Explorer and is continuously improving. In the Future, it may start to scare Google as more user switch from Google back to Bing
